Sonal Shetty

Sonal Shetty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Sonal started their career in 2010 as a Branch Manager at Morpheus Human Consulting, where they were responsible for sourcing profiles, preparing job descriptions, searching for potential candidates, and screening candidate profiles. Sonal worked in this role until October 2015.

In 2017, Sonal joined Ryggrad Consulting as an Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition, where they were involved in talent acquisition activities. Sonal held this position until December 2017.

Since 2018, Sonal has been working at Seclore. Sonal initially joined as a Talent Acquisition Executive and later transitioned into the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in April 2021.

Sonal Shetty completed their 10th Grade at Divine Child High School. Later, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Liverpool John Moores University from 2008 to 2010.
