Earl McMann is an experienced manager and engineer with a comprehensive background in the cutting tool industry and military service. Since joining Seco Tools in December 2005, Earl has held several key positions, including GBDA - Americas Manager and National Key Account Manager for Automotive, where responsibilities include managing relationships with major automotive manufacturers and delivering innovative cutting tool solutions. Earl also served as a Strategic Account Manager for IKA, focusing on long-term customer development and national sales growth. Prior experience includes roles as a Tool Engineer at PSMi and a Service Engineer at Valenite, alongside military service as a SFC in the U.S. Army. Earl holds a certification in Aviation Maintenance from Colorado Aero Tech.
