Michael Fleming

Michael Fleming has extensive experience in marketing and sales within the manufacturing industry, holding various leadership positions at Seco Tools since September 2001, including Marketing Global Sales Director and Strategic Marketing, Products and Services Manager. Prior to Seco Tools, Michael worked at The De Beers Group of Companies as a Liaison Engineer and Technician from February 1986 to August 2001, and began a career as a Toolmaker and Mechanical Engineering Apprentice at Keeler Ltd from September 1979 to February 1986. In addition to professional experience, Michael is actively enhancing skills through ongoing education, with memberships in multiple organizations, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Management Institute, and participation in coaching programs through The Forton Group.
