Eduardo Morillo is a civil engineer who has been serving as the Coordinador Zonal 5 at SECOB in Guayaquil since 2015. They have held the position of Director de Obras Públicas for the Consejo de Gobierno de Galapagos since 2013 and previously worked as the Director de Obras Públicas for the Municipio de Santa Cruz from 2004 to 2005. With extensive experience dating back to 1988 at HeH S.A. in the division de estructuras, Eduardo also managed their own engineering firm from 1987 to 2012. Eduardo earned a degree in civil engineering from Universidad Laica 'Vicente Rocafuerte de Guayaquil between 1978 and 1987.
