Ray Barrows

Ray Barrows has held various senior leadership positions in the real estate industry. Ray is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Second Avenue, a rapidly growing single-family rental platform. Ray's roles have included overseeing operations, property management, and renovations at companies such as Progress Residential, Irvine Company, Waypoint Residential, Verde Apartment Communities, FirstWorthing/University Partners, Bell Partners Inc, and Security Capital Group. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a track record of successfully managing large portfolios and driving growth.

Ray Barrows has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they obtained from 1980 to 1985. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1988 to 1990.
