Ryan Ben currently serves as a Client Service Associate at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, collaborating with the Tourmaline Wealth Advisor practice and applying extensive financial services experience. Concurrently, Ryan operates as a Learning Facilitator at Fairplay Communications, contributing to a team focused on learning design and facilitation. Additionally, Ryan has a longstanding role as a Facilitator and Designer with Second City Works, specializing in improvisation training for corporate clients. Previous positions include Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual and National Director of Field Relations for the Spina Bifida Association of America, where leadership and partnership development were key responsibilities. Ryan’s career also includes extensive experience with the International Interior Design Association, where roles ranged from Director of Association Experience to Student Engagement and Advancement Manager, fostering member growth and engagement. Ryan holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.
