Eric Garvey

Eric Garvey, SPHR, is a dedicated HR leader currently serving as the VP of People at Second Dinner. With extensive experience in people operations, leadership development, and corporate social responsibility, they have built a career focusing on maximizing employee value and fostering positive work cultures. Eric previously held roles at organizations such as Insperience, Zwift, and Riot Games, where they contributed to talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies. They also served as Chief of Staff at VShojo, driving operational efficiency and aligning cross-functional teams. Eric is pursuing postgraduate studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato, while holding a BA from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
