Inga Stepanova

Inga Stepanova holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accountancy from the Prague University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Insurance. With over 8 years of experience, they specialize in group accounting, consolidation, and IFRS financial reporting for multinational organizations. Inga has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager at Accolade Group and is currently the Group Accounting & Consolidation Manager at Photon Energy Group, where they lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure audit readiness. They are also involved in the implementation of CSRD and EU Taxonomy reporting as the Consolidation Lead at Second Foundation.
