Jeff Davis is a passionate Kubernetes engineer with extensive experience in automation, design, and architecture within enterprise environments. Previously, they served as a Senior Virtualization Engineer in the United States Air Force, where they designed and deployed complex systems across multiple locations. At VMware Tanzu Labs, Jeff contributed as a Senior Staff Solution Architect and later as a Staff Field Engineer, developing open-source tools for Kubernetes and consulting on architecture. They also held a pivotal role as Development Platform Lead at Epic, where they led a Site Reliability Engineer team and engineered CI/CD pipelines. Currently, Jeff is a Senior Staff Platform Engineer at Second Front, where they are architecting secure deployment frameworks and mentoring engineers in modern platform practices.
