Luiza Mezynski possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources and Operations at Second Melody since April 2020. Previous roles at Second Melody include Senior Human Resources/Operations Manager, Human Resources/Operations Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Luiza worked at Ferraro Foods from December 2017 to April 2020, progressing from Human Resources Coordinator to HR Assistant. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Ferraro Foods and a Human Resource Internship at Genesis Biotechnology Group. Luiza holds a degree in Human Resources and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
