Our mission is to make women’s health simple and empowering, creating evidence-informed products and resources that support women throughout their lives.

So many women deal with PMS, bloating, acne, mood swings, fatigue, and we're told it is “normal,” or that birth control and painkillers are our only options.

We’d both lived it ourselves, and the more we listened, the clearer it became: women needed a gentler, more supportive way to care for their hormones, one that worked with the body, not against it.

Our own journey with seed cycling showed us how powerful simple, cyclical nourishment could be. That’s what inspired us to create Second Nature.
