Randy Masterman

Randy Masterman is a seasoned professional in commodity and ingredient procurement, currently serving as the Director of Commodity Procurement at Second Nature Brands. Previously, they held significant roles including Interim VP of Supply Chain/Operations at Ferrero and various leadership positions at Kraft Foods Global Brands LLC, where they pioneered risk management strategies and achieved substantial cost savings in procurement across numerous categories. Randy’s educational background includes a B.S. in Forestry from Syracuse University and an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. They are dedicated to supporting the sustained growth of their current organization and its well-known brands.
