Anne Honkaranta

Anne Honkaranta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anne is currently a Senior Cyber Security Consultant at 2NS - Second Nature Security Oy, where they focus on cyber security. Previously, they worked at Digia Plc as an Enterprise and Security Architect, Senior Consultant, Senior Cyber Security Manager, and Team Manager. Anne also held a position as a Senior Consultant at Digia Oyj. Anne's academic experience includes roles as a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Professor at the University of Jyväskylä, where they taught structured documents and supervised theses on enterprise content management. Anne began their career at the Information Technology Research Institute, where they served as a Document Management Team Manager and Research Area Manager. Prior to that, they worked for the Municipal of Pukkila as an Officer for Economical Development and Entrepreneurship, handling various responsibilities related to business consulting and IT development.

Anne Honkaranta obtained their Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Jyväskylä, where they studied from 1996 to 2003. Anne also earned an M.Sc. in Information Systems from the same university, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997.

In terms of certifications, Anne has obtained several. In 2014, they became certified as a TOGAF 9 Foundation Expert and a specialist in Oracle Web Center Content 11g Sales & Pre-sales through the certifications from The Open Group and Oracle University, respectively. Anne also received the AIIM Certified ECM Practitioner designation after completing the ECM Practitioner Europe Course from AIIM in 2008.

In 2012, they became a TOGAF 9 Foundation Certified expert after attending The Open Group's training, and they also received training in enterprise architecture and public sector appliances for Togaf 9.2 from Tieturi in 2013. Additionally, in the same year, Anne attended the Safe 4 certification course and obtained the certification.

In 2014, they earned the IBM Case manager Product Fundamentals Technical Mastery Test v2 certificate from IBM University. Anne also received the Togaf 9 Expert certification from Sovelto Oyj.

Anne is currently pursuing a degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Jyväskylä, which they began in 2020 and expects to complete in 2023. Anne is also working towards an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification from PECB, which they started in 2022 and will finish in 2025.

Additionally, they have obtained other certifications, such as being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2019 and being an author at various conferences, including the BMSD Conference at the University of Freiburg and Aristotele University of Thessaloniki in 2022, and the 29th IEEE FRUCT Conference in 2021.
