Jaana Pullinen

Jaana Pullinen has a diverse work experience in HR and leadership roles. Jaana is currently a Board Member at Vapaus since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People Operations at 2NS - Second Nature Security Oy, where they developed people strategy and operations for the Finnish cyber security enterprise. Jaana also worked as an Entrepreneur, HR Consultant, and Coach at Awarium Oy.

In terms of their previous positions, Jaana served as an HR Director and Human Resources Development Manager at Säästöpankkiryhmä's Nooa Säästöpankki from 2017 to 2021. Jaana was responsible for HR operations and development. Before that, at Lemminkäinen, they held the roles of HR Partner and HR Specialist & Recruitment Team Lead. Jaana also gained experience as an HR Consultant at VMP Group.

Jaana began their career at Citibank, where they held various roles including HR Generalist, Team Leader, and Customer Service Representative.

Jaana Pullinen's education history starts with their attending Kalajoki High School from 1998 to 2001. Jaana pursued a degree at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 2002 to 2006, earning an M.Sc.(Econ.) in Organisations & Management. In 2016, they participated in the Further Qualification for Entrepreneurs program at the Finnish Institute for Enterprise Management, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Recently, in 2020 to 2021, Jaana obtained a Professional Certificate on Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
