Laura MacMinn

Laura MacMinn is an experienced Community Manager at Second Nature, responsible for organizing events that enhance resident experiences and promote a "triple win" for residents, businesses, and property managers. Prior to this role, Laura served as the Director of Customer Experience and Marketing at xchange and the Director of Events at Empact, where Laura contributed to over 600 events fostering a global entrepreneurship ecosystem. Additional roles included office assistant at Boone Ford Lincoln and Resident Assistant at ASU Mountaineer Apartments, along with leadership at AIESEC United States as Local Committee President. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management and Sociology from Appalachian State University.
