Tammy Cragg

Tammy Cragg has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of CRM Systems at Second Nature since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ResMan Property Management Software from 2015 to 2022, holding various positions including Manager of CRM Systems, Sr. Salesforce Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, and Marketing Coordinator. From 2012 to 2014, Tammy worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Zenner USA, a global metering and energy management provider. Tammy also worked as a Marketing Strategist at Minol USA from 2009 to 2014. Tammy's earlier experiences include working at Texas Roadhouse as an LSM from 2006 to 2008, and as a Personal Assistant at Albert Masters, P.C. from 2005 to 2007, where they provided support to a CPA/Financial adviser.

Tammy Cragg attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University from 2000 to 2001, studying music education and music performance. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Grayson County College, focusing on marketing. In addition to their education, Tammy has obtained various certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator and multiple badges from Salesforce Trailhead in areas such as Accounts & Contacts, Business Value of Equality, and Process Automation.
