From 2014 to 2019, Andy served as the Director of Operations and Development at Together for Mental Wellbeing, where responsibilities included risk management, tendering, and quality assurance. Prior to that, they held various roles within the same organization, including Operations and Development Manager and Registered Manager, overseeing mental health services and compliance with statutory guidelines.
