Second Step
Kate Thomas is currently working as a Lecturer at the University of Exeter since September 2022. Prior to this, Kate served as a Peer Support Officer at Second Step and Second Step Housing, where Kate designed and delivered training sessions and workshops for individuals with complex needs. Kate also worked as a Peer Support Officer at Bristol Recovery Partnership, providing support to Peer workers and their managers. Kate holds a Master's degree from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Southampton.
