Support and Management

The Support and Management team at Second Step ensures the effective delivery of mental health services by providing client relationship management, recovery support, administrative assistance, peer mentoring, data evaluation, staff training, IT security, and direct counseling. This multidisciplinary team collaborates to maintain service quality and enhance mental health support across Bristol and the South West.
