At Second Wind Counselling, all people are met with dignity, respect, and hope. Taking back our agency to take care of our mental health plays a key role in overcoming any circumstance. Let's get you supported through it all.

Life can be full of tough choices, demands, and situations that can weigh heavily on us. Maybe a situation can feel impossible to get out of, maybe it's because of someone else, maybe it's because of ourselves. From seeing the suffering that happens in those who are isolated and distraught, I've learned to see life challenges as relationship challenges, whether it's with others or with ourselves.

Having been educated in both counselling and artistic modalities, I seek to support our collective wellbeing by integrating the spark of the creative process. Let's give you a chance to express yourself, tap into your intuition, your truth, your inner sense of wisdom, and find a better way forward together.

From learning to counsel in several settings, including anti-oppressive clinics, maximum-security settings, and the downtown east side, I’ve learned that nothing needs to get in the way of you seeing that you matter.
