Jane Saunders

Jane Saunders has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Jane began as a summer intern at GKN Sinter Metals in 2008 and then interned at BPM Logic in 2009. In 2010, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a junior software developer and progressed to become a senior software developer. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they worked on designing distributed architectures and implementing new features for a cloud platform. In 2017, they transitioned to Secondmind as a senior software engineer, where they developed internal tools for machine learning product development and deployed Python microservices on Google Cloud Platform. Jane then became a software engineer team lead from February 2019 to September 2020. Jane'smost recent role, starting in November 2021, is Director of Engineering at Secondmind, where they lead and manages a team of engineers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists. Jane collaborates with various departments to ensure alignment on company goals and reports progress to the executive group.

Jane Saunders attended the University of Cambridge from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Natural Sciences (Physics) and received an MSci qualification.
