Neil Ferguson

Neil Ferguson has extensive work experience in the field of software development and architecture, with a focus on machine learning. Neil currently serves as the Principal Software Architect at Secondmind, where they utilize machine learning to assist automotive manufacturers in designing improved cars. Previously, they worked as a Development Team Lead and Architect at Causata, a startup that was later acquired by NICE Systems, where they applied machine learning techniques to analyze customer behavioral data and make real-time marketing decisions. Before that, Neil worked as a Senior Software Developer at Omniture, where they contributed to the development of the Touch Clarity behavioral targeting platform, which utilized machine learning to personalize website content for users. Neil also worked as a Software Developer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and RBS on a contractual basis, and as a Senior Associate at Sapient, primarily focusing on technology-related projects.
