Elisha Kramer

Elisha Kramer is currently the Head of Growth at SecondShop.ca, where they leverage their expertise to drive hypergrowth. Previously, they served as the Head of Growth at The Knowledge Society, successfully doubling revenue and leading program expansions into multiple cities. Elisha has held several managerial roles at Hootsuite and was the Director of Growth at Neo Financial. Additionally, they have contributed to the academic sphere as an Alumni Lecturer at the UBC Sauder School of Business. Elisha holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from The University of British Columbia and is pursuing a Minor in Spanish at Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
