Secondslide
Secondslide's mission is to retain and redirect as many dollars as possible back to youth & high school sports teams and clubs - the stewards of the field. We love team sports. As a society, we spend billions every year to foster the magic that takes place on youth and high school sports fields & courts. Yet, in the current landscape, the teams and clubs at the very heart of this ecosystem are sidelined from capturing the economics of much of this spend. Our platform begins by disrupting the "team store," where industry standards result in teams capturing 0-10% profit margins on the team-branded apparel that's sold to their community. Secondslide's turnkey eCommerce stores pay 30%+. In addition to team apparel and merchandise, our customers effectively become their own retailer and are able to monetize the sale of equipment and gear to their players. From New Balance cleats & footwear to balls, tape, and training equipment, teams make money on the purchases their players need to participate. More dollars staying closer to field means enhanced sports experiences for the players. That's why we're here.
