Haseeb Sheikh

Haseeb Sheikh is a results-driven CIO with over 27 years of experience in the technology sector, spanning public and private institutions. Currently serving as the Executive Director/Chief Digital and Technology Officer at SECP, Haseeb leads the $100M LEAP initiative to modernize Pakistan’s corporate registry. Previously, Haseeb held key roles at K-Electric and Deloitte, where they directed extensive portfolios of public sector projects and drove significant transformations in cybersecurity and enterprise IT strategy. Haseeb’s career, which began in software development, has been marked by a focus on technology advisory, risk management, and the modernization of financial systems. An alum of Sir Syed University, Haseeb combines technical expertise with a strong vision for digital governance and innovation.
