Ibrar Saeed

Ibrar Saeed is an attorney who currently serves as the Additional Director and Head of Department at SECP. Ibrar has extensive experience representing multinational trading, energy, and petroleum companies before the High Court of Sind, Lahore High Court, and Supreme Court of Pakistan. Saeed has also successfully registered the intellectual property rights of famous international brands in Pakistan and has successfully filed opposition against any attempt to register identical names and styles. In addition, they have also registered many corporate entities with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, including liaison and branch offices of foreign companies in Pakistan.

Ibrar Saeed has a Master of Laws from Bahria University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Peshawar. Ibrar specializes in corporate, constitutional, criminal, and energy law.
