Muhammad Wahidi

Muhammad Wahidi has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) since 2007, where they currently serve as an Additional Joint Director in the Fund Management Department. Their role focuses on policy, regulations, and development for capital market infrastructure, emphasizing investor protection and financial inclusion. Prior to their current position, Muhammad held various roles within SECP, including Deputy Director and Junior Executive, where they contributed to regulatory frameworks for Islamic financial institutions and market integrity. They also worked as a Financial Consultant at Oil & Gas Development Company Limited and hold a Master of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
