Tufail Abbasi

Tufail Abbasi is a seasoned professional in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), currently serving as Deputy Director GRC at SECP and Senior CyberSecurity Consultant at Canadian Cyber Inc. They previously held the position of Information Security Manager GRC at the Benazir Income Support Programme and worked as a GRC Specialist and Senior Lecturer at Riphah International University. Tufail has expertise in developing and implementing frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2, NIST, and GDPR, and excels in providing consulting and training in Information Security Management and Risk Management. They hold a Master of Science from Riphah International University and are pursuing a PhD at De Haagse Hogeschool.
