Inspired by the mystery shoppers used in retail and hospitality, Secret SaaS Shopper evaluates your startup’s sales process from the buyer’s perspective.

*Internal assessment*
Leadership of early stage SaaS startups often want to understand how their sales team is handling prospect conversations. Instead of re-watching endless recorded demos, our independent mystery shoppers measure their performance through real meetings.

*Investors*
As part of the due-diligence process that VCs go through before potentially investing in SaaS startups, our mystery shoppers will assess the startup's sales team and product, before adding them to the portfolio.
