Gabrielle Nilsson

Gabrielle Nilsson has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. Gabrielle is currently working as a Junior 3D Artist at Secret Hut since February 2023. Prior to this, they were self-employed as a freelance illustrator, comic artist, and graphic designer since January 2013. Gabrielle has also worked as a 2D Artist at The Station - A Thunderful Studio from September 2021 to April 2022.

Gabrielle has accomplished notable projects, including illustrating the Christmas calendar for Sveriges Radio in 2015 called "Månsaråttan," which was available for purchase in most grocery stores in Sweden. Gabrielle has also worked as a Graphic Designer for Shockholm Halloween Parade, where they were responsible for designing ads, posters, and exhibition material. Additionally, they have experience as a Character Designer and Art Director at Gro Play Digital.

Earlier in their career, they served as an Associate Producer for Shockholm Halloween Parade, where they were responsible for managing volunteers and supporters, providing information, and updating social media platforms. Gabrielle has also worked as an Illustrator for Bonnier Publishing and as a Manga Teacher at Porsnässkolan.

Gabrielle Nilsson began their education in 2006 at the University of Gävle, where they studied Sequential Art & Illustration. After completing their studies in 2008, they attended Gotland University in 2008-2009 to focus on Concept Art. In 2009-2010, Gabrielle further expanded their knowledge at Stockholm University, concentrating on Webdesign, Storytelling through Pictures in Digital Techniques, and Youth Culture. Most recently, from 2019 to 2022, Gabrielle attended The Game Assembly, where they pursued an Advanced Higher Vocational Education Diploma in Game and Interactive Media Design.
