Software Engineering Team Lead at Sectra

Adam Alsegård has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Adam started their career at Media Markt as a salesperson in 2015 and later worked as a researcher at Spotscale, focusing on machine learning. In 2016, they joined Sectra Imaging IT as a software developer, where they worked on developing a chat feature for PACS software.

From 2017 to 2019, Adam worked at Sectra in various roles, including as a teaching assistant for C++ programming courses and as a software engineer in the R&D department, contributing to the development of radiology imaging solutions. In 2018, they also worked as a research scholar on the OpenSpace project, integrating data from ESA's Gaia mission for visualizing space research.

Following this, from 2012 to 2013, they attended Sundbybergs Folkhögskola, where they pursued film production and obtained a degree in Folk High School.

Later, Adam pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Media Technology at Linköping University, which they successfully completed from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, in 2016-2017, they attended the National University of Singapore, concentrating on computer science and engineering, although they did not mention completing a specific degree during their time at that institution.
