Rob Hodson has extensive experience in the field of medical imaging and technical support, currently serving as an Account Executive and previously as Zone Service Director at Sectra since September 2006, where responsibilities include managing a five-person technical support team for PACS systems in the Western United States. Prior to Sectra, Rob Hodson spent over 22 years at Philips in various roles, including Zone Technical Specialist, where advanced technical support and training were provided to the Field Service organization for PACS and Computerized Tomographic systems. As Customer Support Manager for the West from 1998 to 2001, Rob managed a team of 45 engineers, overseeing support for existing and new products. Rob Hodson's career also includes foundational roles as Regional Specialist and Field Service Engineer, focusing on the installation and maintenance of medical imaging systems.
