Taylor Hood

Taylor Hood, M.S., currently serves as a Technical Engineer at Sectra since July 2023. Previously, Taylor held the position of Data Pipeline Practitioner/Lab Data Manager at INVISTA from February 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included engineering server architecture, monitoring sample trends, and training users on operational tools. Prior roles included Calibration and Instrumentation Technician, Lab Analyst at CITGO Petroleum, and Teaching Assistant at McNeese State University. Early experience as a Barista at Starbucks involved customer service and training. Taylor earned a Master of Environmental and Chemical Science with a focus on Organic Chemistry from McNeese State University in 2015, following a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry from the same institution in 2012.
