Thomas Abrahamsson

Thomas Abrahamsson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at Sectra Communications, leading the product management team and responsible for product strategy and roadmaps. Prior to this, they owned their own company, Alvega & Co AB, and also co-founded Fishy Tech Sweden AB, where they served as the CTO, owner, full-stack engineer, co-founder, and product developer. Thomas has also held positions on the board of directors for Fiskerätt.se, ifiskevattenägarna AB and Hökensås Sportfiske AB. Additionally, they founded and owned Jighead AB, the company behind iFiske.se, and worked as a senior product manager at Sectra, specializing in smartphone security and encryption technology. Thomas also has experience at Cambio Healthcare Systems as a general manager in their business innovation division. In the early stages of their career, they founded and chaired Elfwood AB, an online art gallery, and worked at Zenterio AB as the COO and co-founder, as well as a senior user interface designer.

Thomas Abrahamsson completed their education in computer science from Linköping University between 1992 and 1997, obtaining an MSCS degree. Prior to that, they completed their Gymnasieexamen with a focus on Naturvetenskap from haganässkolan between 1990 and 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Thomas also holds certifications as a Leg. Fisketillsynsperson from Länsstyrelsen Östergötland and as a PADI Open diver Advanced from PADI.
