Hari Krishna

Hari Krishna is a Technical Support Specialist at Securden, Inc., since July 2023, providing support for Securden Password Vault, Securden Privileged Account Manager, and Securden Endpoint Privileged Manager. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer-reported technical issues, hosting product demonstrations, and managing escalated issues while documenting solutions. Previously, as a Tech Support Engineer at Citrix from January 2022 to August 2023, Hari Krishna gained extensive experience in troubleshooting for global customers, focusing on Load-balancers, Citrix Gateway, and various aspects of network and application availability. Hari Krishna holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Prince Shri Venkateshwara Padmavathy Engineering College, completed in December 2020.
