Melissa Leedom

Melissa Leedom has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Melissa is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Secure Aging, where they focus on protecting and preserving the independence and dignity of senior clients through financial and care management. Prior to this, Melissa served as the Chief Operating Officer at Paymaxx Pro from 2012 to 2017. Melissa also had an extensive tenure at Vanguard, where they held various leadership roles including Head of Department for Compliance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Compliance, and Risk and Control. Additionally, Melissa worked as a Fund Accounting Manager at Vanguard before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant. Melissa'sexpertise in finance, risk management, and compliance has been developed through their successful experiences in these organizations.

Melissa Leedom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College, which they attended from 1992 to 1997. Melissa later pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Drexel University from 2004 to 2008.
