Joe is the Chief Technology Officer, coming to SBT from Global E-Tools where he served as Chief Technology Officer for 17 years. Prior to E-Tools, Joe was EVP and Co-Founder of Value America where he managed the development and operations of the company and its proprietary e-commerce solution, reaching a $3B market cap at its IPO.

Joe excels at being at the forefront of technologies that will and have changed the world. He specializes in distributed ledger / blockchain technologies, which will ultimately have an impact towards developing business opportunities exceeding that of the Internet in the early 1990s. Joe provided CBO/CIO/CTO-level consulting services and business development and hands-on technology development and architecture assistance for start-up, mid-size, and fortune-500 corporations.
