Jim Loughran

Jim Loughran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for EMEA at Secure Code Warrior since June 2018, Jim focuses on equipping application developers and software engineers with the necessary skills to address common software vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting, and Cross-Site Request Forgery. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Executive Director at J.P. Morgan from January 2004 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing Global Incident, Problem, and Change Management for Asset and Wealth Management for a decade, followed by a role in Cyber Security for four years.
