Jonathan Fredman is a retired senior officer of the Central Intelligence Agency and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. They currently serve as a Non-Resident Fellow at the Princeton University School of Public and International Affairs and are a member of the National Security Advisory Council of the Secure Community Network. With past positions including Assistant Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Special Programs and chief counsel to various CIA components, Fredman has extensive experience in legal and policy matters related to national security, intelligence operations, and cybersecurity. An accomplished educator, they have taught courses on national security law and have published work in recognized journals. Fredman graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where they were also a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
