Tim Skaja

Tim Skaja is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with over 20 years of experience in business leadership and strategic advisory roles. Currently, Tim serves as the Owner of Pints & Paddle, which features indoor Pickleball courts and a self-pour taproom and restaurant. As the Founder of Skaja Consulting, Tim specializes in strategic business planning, operational efficiencies, and intellectual property protection for growth-oriented companies. Additional roles include Strategic Advisor and Board Member positions at SynerFuse and Secure Digital Solutions, Inc., and former Executive Vice President of Operations at Global Tel*Link. Tim's extensive background also includes leadership roles at Renovo Software Inc. and Todd Communications, Inc., along with foundational experience as a Software Developer at IBM. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University.
