David Brown

David Brown is an experienced law enforcement professional and executive, currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Secure Passage since June 2022. Prior to this role, David held the position of Public Safety Advisor at T-Mobile from March 2021 to June 2022. David's extensive career in police services includes serving as the Chief of Police for Fairway Kansas Police Department from April 2018 to March 2021, and as a Major at the City of Lenexa Police Department from 2013 to December 2017. David began a long tenure at the City of Lenexa in 1987, advancing to the rank of Police Lieutenant before leaving in 2012. David holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Park University.
