Amit K Gupta

Amit K Gupta has a diverse work experience. Amit K started their career in 2002 as a Product/Project Manager at Secure Meters Limited, where they gained international experience managing the Bangladesh Prepayment Metering Pilot Project. Amit K successfully established strong working relationships with local partners, clients, consultants, and funding agencies. Amit K also provided technical support, recruitment, and training during the project.

In 2009, Amit joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Lead Consultant. Amit K worked on the prestigious RAPDRP program for one of the states in India and served as a Program Manager for the System Integration team.

Returning to Secure Meters Limited in 2012, Amit worked as a Senior Manager in Business Development until 2015. Amit K then joined Krizik (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. as a Product Development Manager from 2015 to 2017.

Amit returned to Secure Meters Limited in 2017 and held two positions simultaneously. Amit K first served as the Asst. General Manager for Business Development until March 2021. Amit K then assumed the role of Head of Business & Policy, where they oversee operations in India, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Amit K Gupta completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, from 1998 to 2002. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a PGDM in Energy from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, where they achieved a gold medal. Amit K also attended a summer school program in International Relations and Affairs at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2017.
