Batul Habib is the Head of People Processes at Dharohar, the CSR arm of Secure Meters Ltd., where they lead initiatives that foster connection, growth, and engagement among employees and volunteers. They began their career at Secure Meters in 2008 as a Corporate Recruiter, later transitioning to an HR Generalist role at the Udaipur plant. After a brief hiatus, Batul returned to Secure and has since accumulated nearly 11 years of experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee engagement. Batul holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from ICFAI, earned in 2006.
