Dinesh Kumar has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Dinesh started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Akshay Enterprises, where they installed, upgraded, and maintained server hardware components. Dinesh then joined HCL Infosystems Ltd. as a Desktop Level-2 Engineer, providing support for laptop, desktop, and server hardware, as well as software maintenance. Dinesh later worked at Dell Technologies as a Technical Support Executive, assisting customers with their technical issues. Dinesh then joined Impact Infotech Pvt. Limited as an L1 Dell Support Specialist, managing server, storage, and system administration tasks. Currently, Dinesh is working at Secure Meters Limited as an IT Site Lead and System Administrator, where they oversee the management and optimization of network services across multiple sites and provides strategic IT solutions to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Dinesh Kumar holds a Master of Computer Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. Dinesh also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from EIILM University, Sikkim, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art from M.D.S. University, Ajmer (Raj.). In addition, they have various certifications in areas such as Security Awareness Training, Multi-Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching, Dell Certified Systems Expert, and Diploma in Management in computer hardware & Networking.
