Prior experience includes a Design Engineer position at Digitek Logic Solution from May 2001 to August 2004, a Graduate Trainee role at Indian Refrigerator Company Limited from May 2000 to April 2001, and an Engineer position at Manton Electronics Corporation in 1999. Loganathan completed a Management Development Program focusing on Economics for Engineers at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur in April 2023 and holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras, obtained in 1998.
