Prabhakar Tandon

Prabhakar Tandon has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2005 at Secure Meters Limited. Prabhakar held various roles at the company, including General Manager, Head of Business Development, and Head of Service Sales, where they successfully identified new business opportunities and built strong client relationships. During their time at Secure Meters Limited, they also collaborated with government bodies on policy amendments and wireless planning. In 2018, Tandon became the Managing Director at Secure SMSO Limited in the UK, where they positioned the organization in the utility market and developed new service offerings. Currently, Tandon is the Vice President and Global Head of Services Operation at Secure Meters Limited, leading service operations across multiple regions and focusing on enhancing productivity and achieving targeted goals.

Prabhakar Tandon completed a one-year Certificate programme in Public Policy at the Indian School of Business in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing at Banaras Hindu University from 1991 to 1993. Prabhakar also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, which they obtained between 1986 and 1990.
