Ashwin S Tayade

Ashwin S Tayade has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2011. Ashwin S began as a Project Coordinator at Nokia Siemens Networks India Private Limited Pune in 2011, where they were responsible for collecting site progress updates, coordinating and carrying out necessary information collection from sites, and installing, quality controlling, and commissioning GSM-BTS equipment. In 2012, they moved to IBM as a Project Co-ordinator, where they developed, consolidated, and reconciled management and resource allocation reports, provided administrative and coordination support to project managers, and integrated new networking sections with operational legacy networking platforms. In 2013, they became a Team Lead at Tata Communications Ltd., where they worked with customers and product managers to prioritize and validate requirements, completed plans for long term goals using Microsoft Project, and coordinated the work efforts of 8 person teams for projects. From 2015 to 2019, Ashwin was employed as a Project Manager Scrum Master at Pushpam Computers & Software Pvt. Ltd., where they coached and mentored 3 cross functional teams of 12 resources each to deliver quality products, utilized Agile Scrum practices to help the team increase their velocity, and facilitated Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospective meetings. From 2019 to 2020, they were self-employed as a Professional Freelancer. Currently, Ashwin is a Senior Project Manager at Secure64 Software Corporation.

Ashwin S Tayade completed their H.S.C. in General Science from Shri Shivaji Science Jr. Collage Amravati in 2002. Ashwin S then went on to pursue their B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication from Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology & Research, Badnera, which they completed in 2011. In 2019, they obtained their Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
