Steve Goodbarn

Steve Goodbarn is the current CEO at Secure64 and has an extensive background in financial management and accounting. Steve started their career at Price Waterhouse in 1979 and spent 13 years there before moving to Janus Capital Group in 1992. At Janus, they served as the CFO for eight years and was responsible for corporate and fund accounting, tax and tax reporting, legal compliance, trading operations, SEC and shareholder reporting, and facilities. Steve was also a member of the executive committee and a board member for several Janus entities. In 2002, they became an independent director on the Dish Network board and served in that role until 2018. Steve was also a member of the audit committee and the compensation committee chair. In 2007, they became an independent director on the EchoStar Corporation board and served as chairman of the audit committee through the initial spinoff period from DISH Network. From 2012 to 2013, they served as an independent director on the MobiTV board. Steve then joined Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado before becoming the CEO of Secure64 in 2019.
