Ted Power has over 30 years of experience in the software industry. Ted started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1990 as a Software Development Engineer, responsible for software development and current product engineering (CPE) for the HP-UX network transport. Ted then moved on to become a Product Support Specialist in the same company. In 1997, they shifted roles to become a Software Program Manager, responsible for improving costs savings and customer support experience. Ted also served as a Software & Services Supportability Lead, managing program requirements utilizing the Contextual Inquiry process. In 2005, they became a Worldwide Product Services Program Manager, managing the program definition, financials and development of new installation and support services for storage hardware and software. In 2011, Ted joined Secure64 Software as a Software Development and Test Engineer, responsible for BGP software development and development of automated test applications. Ted then moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2014 as a Senior Test Engineer, developing automated tests to install and validate functionality and fixes for hpeLinux and Helion OpenStack Cloud Platform. In 2018, Ted joined Secure64 Software Corporation as a Software Test Manager and Software Development Engineer In Test.

Ted Power attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1984 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
