Justin Nguyen has worked in the IT industry since 2012. Justin began their career as an IT Technician at GKN Aerospace, where they monitored and managed 100 users across two buildings. In 2013, they became a Desktop Support Specialist at Veros Real Estate Solutions (Veros), where they managed 300+ users with the use of active directory, Microsoft Exchange, and other management tools. In 2014, they moved to Veros Credit as a System Network Administrator, where they sustained and administered systems infrastructure of end users utilizing monitoring appliances as well as servers such as KACE and Solarwinds as well as Exchange and Active Directory and Atlassian JIRA as the ticketing system. In 2016, they joined SecureAuth Corporation as a Site Reliability Engineer and later as a Senior Support Engineer.
Justin Nguyen attended Orange Coast College from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Computer and Information Systems. Justin then went on to Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer and Information Sciences, General in 2013.
